Usage

Setup

Install the package via pip:

cd code/AlphaAnalysis
pip install -r requirements.txt
pip install -e .

For some figures, you will also require R. The R-packages are specified in the respective notebooks.

Figures

Open the notebooks in notebooks/figures to recreate the figures from the paper.
