Description |
The dataset comprises all data analyzed in Schottdorf et al. PLoS CB 2015:
Ferret (N = 82), dark-reared ferret (N = 21), cat (N = 13), tree shrew (N = 26), galago (N = 9).
The code to analyze the data is provided in the supplemental online material of the article.
The data is organized into a folder structure. On the highest level, there are folders for species/experiment type.
The subfolders, one per OPM, contain the two raw difference images and a region-of-interest, all as tif-files, and a textfile with the number of pixels per mm.
