Supplementary data for "Neuron tracing and quantitative analyses of dendritic architecture reveal symmetrical three-way-junctions and phenotypes of git-1 in C. elegans" (https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.31.424915).

This repository contains raw image and video data, and data to reproduce the figures in the above paper. Image data contains raw PVD images and video data contains locomotion recordings used in figure 7. MATLAB files contain raw, processed and meta data, and can be used to reproduce all the results in the paper. These files can be loaded into the interactive UI of the Neuronalyzer software (https://github.com/Omer1Yuval1/Neuronalyzer).
