Chini_et_al_Preconfigured

This repository contains the SUA data related to Chini et al., 2023.

The data is provided in two formats, .txt and .csv.

Both versions contain the following information:

  1. The first column corresponds to the animal ID
  2. The second column corresponds to the age of the mouse (in postnatal days)
  3. The third column corresponds to the brain area in which the unit has been recorded (PFC or OB)
  4. The fourth column corresponds to the length of the recording (in milliseconds)
  5. From the fifth column onwards, all the values correspond to the spike times (in ms) for that particular unit

The dataset contains a total of 14357 single units recorded from 278 mice.
