Scheduled service maintenance on November 22

On Friday, November 22, 2024, between 06:00 CET and 18:00 CET, GIN services will undergo planned maintenance. Extended service interruptions should be expected. We will try to keep downtimes to a minimum, but recommend that users avoid critical tasks, large data uploads, or DOI requests during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

README.md

Combining the analysis of gaze behavior and neural spiking for the evaluation of risky gambles during decision making tasks.

The data include eye tacks and spiking activity (both in the folder data) from two subjects used to analyse the encoding of value in orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and behavioral readout (in the folder code).

Data and Code are in the respective folders. Main analyses code is supported by support functions in the homonym folder. The code is designed and tested on Matlab (versions R2020a and later).

Description The resource contains simultaneous eye tracks and neural orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) for behavioral tasks performed by two adult macaque (Macaca Mulatta) subjects. The analyses allowed to access the structure of a decision-making task where OFC neural activity is modulated by gaze direction.
