  23. The current research proposal focuses on cellular and molecular
  24. mechanisms underlying the maintenance of voluntary motor control by
  25. neurons in cerebellum and basal ganglia in mice and how endocytic
  26. protein AP-2 control this process. This dataset contains live
  27. imaging data of activity-dependent intracellular Ca2+ dynamics in
  28. cerebellar organotypic slices of WT and AP-2KO mice. The slices were
  29. transduced with GCAMP7-expressing AAVs and imaged after 3 weeks in
  30. vitro with confocal microscopy for 60 seconds. To induce neuronal
  31. activity, the slice were electrically stimulated at 100Hz on the
  32. 20th second.
