This dataset contains live imaging data of activity-dependent intracellular Ca2+ dynamics in cerebellar organotypic slices of WT and AP-2KO mice. The slices were transduced with GCAMP7-expressing AAVs and imaged after 3 weeks in vitro with confocal microscopy for 60 seconds. To induce neuronal activity, the slice were electrically stimulated at 100Hz on the 20th second.
