Align dataset metadata between CFF and tabby

This makes the dataset metadata roughly consistent between the two
formats by:

- joining the tabby and CFF description (abstract) into one text
- adding M.T. as an author in CFF

Some less important discrepancies (e.g. affiliation) remain and can be
addressed separately, if needed.

To induce neuronal activity, the slice were electrically stimulated at 100Hz on the 20th second.
