Add dataset metadata in datalad-tabby format

The datalad-tabby format can be used to communicate both general and
SFB1451-specific metadata (the latter include e.g. organism and
organism-part), so although this duplicates some of the information
already present in CFF, it is nonetheless convenient for us to have in
the SFB1451 context.

This adds tabby files which have been previously shared with me, now
used as a dataset self-description. The following changes were made:

- removed version from dataset file (no neeed for self-description)
- removed files table (no need for self-description)
- fixed funding to match expected pattern
