Cladonema_GLWa_data

Data pertaining to the investigation of the role of GLWamide in Cladonema feeding. The Excel datasheet file entitled 'Cladonema_GLWa_Data.xlsx' contains all raw data used for the related publication. Data for each figure panel are provided separately in different sheets, and each sheet is titled according to the figure panel. This repository also contains representative video files named ASW_STARVED_2359_3.mp4, ASW_FED_2595_2.mp4 and GLWa_STARVED_2368_3.mp4 showing feeding behavior of a Cladonema jellyfish under conditions of starvation, satiety (i.e., 'fed') and starvation & GLWamide peptide treatment, respectively.
