#111 Add brw test file for BioCam with new version in raw format

Hi all, I created a little test (1MB) file containing raw data for 100 channels and 5000 frames from a real recording using the Brainwave 5 software on the MEA. I want to upload it for the tests in python-neo [1] and probeinterface [2].
