Add brw test file for BioCam with new version in raw format

Hi all,

I created a little test (1MB) file containing raw data for 100 channels and 5000 frames from a real recording using the Brainwave 5 software on the MEA. I want to upload it for the tests in python-neo [1] and probeinterface [2]. Currently inside the biocam folder there is already a test file, but this one does not contain raw data but only sparse event-based raw data.

Recording software: BrainWave5
HW version: 3.0
FW version: 1.7.0.12
