This is the output of brainreg for a serial section two-photon microscopy image of a mouse brain, kindly supplied by Dr. Mateo Vélez-Fort. This is a two channel dataset, and one channel contains a fluorescent linear Neuropixels probe track.

This data can be used to test loading brainreg output or using brainglobe-segmentation.
