BiaPy_serial2p_test

This dataset is a small subset of the MS_CX_left serial section two-photon whole mouse brain image. This is known as Brain 1 in Tyson, Rousseau & Niedworok et al. (2021), and the full dataset is available at in.g-node.org/cellfinder/manuscript_data/src/master/raw_data/brain1.

The full image is two channels and 2550 planes, each 3873x4949. This subset is 20 planes, in an area with sparse cell labelling and relatively few artefacts.

There is also a CSV file containing the coordinates of the centroids of ~100 labelled cells.
