Collection of all datasets used to develop AIDAqc

This dataset is a super-dataset containing all datasets used to develop the AIDAqc pipeline and corresponds to the following Publication: Automated quality control of small animal MR neuroimaging data, DOI: tbd

In the case you are accessing this dataset via a gin.gnode.org DOI link: note that to access the seperate datasets please click on the BROWSE REPOSITORY to browse the live dataset's content on GIN (contains updates). If you click on BROWSE ARCHIVE no data will be downloaded.

Dataset structure:

  • All input datasets (i.e. building blocks from other sources) are located in inputs/.
  • All code is located in code/ as a subdataset linked to GitHub.

  • The final result of AIDAqc on each dataset is located in each datasets output/ folder.

  • All of documentation about this project can be accessed via this link or via the added subdataset in doc/ folder.
