[DATALAD RUNCMD] Move code and sourcedata under rawdata as that is where they should reside

- that is what BIDS allows and then it makes things clearer IMHO
- it fulfills YODA principles beter (https://github.com/myyoda)
  in that rawdata/ would have everything needed to produce that
  dataset - code and sourcedata/
