This folder contains test data for the BML style of NCS file, with fractional
sampling frequency and microsPerSamp.
This type of file is produced by several of the tools for creating Ncs files
developed and used by the Brain Modeling Laboratory of Dr. Peter N. Steinmetz
which was at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ, USA.
