strkvis-mri

MRI and associated behavioural data for stroke survivors (Beh at al, 2021)

overview

This repository contains the anatomical, functional and diffusion weighted data from four stroke survivors. For each participant in the study, we include raw data as well as some derived data presented in the study.

raw data

Raw data (only allowing for DICOM->NIfTI conversion or conversion to JSON, CSV, TSV from vendor specific file

• anatomical scans (T1w, T2w)
• functional MRI scans (retinotopic mapping)
• diffusion weighted MRI data
