CSF-Biomarkers-in-early-MS
This repository contains the dataset, upon which the article "IL-2, IL-6 and chitinase 3-like 2 might predict early relapse activity in multiple sclerosis" submitted to PLOS ONE in march 2022 was based. The corresponding author is MUDr. Marko Petržalka (marko.petrzalka@fnmotol.cz), Department of Neurology, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague and Motol University Hospital, Prague, Czech Republic. The dataset consists of clinical, CSF, serum and MRI findings from 58 patients treated at the MS Centre of the Motol University Hospital between January 2017 and May 2018 (marked as I.I. 1-58) and a control group (marked as I.I. 101-132).
