This repository hosts sample data for the behavioural analysis course taking place at the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre (SWC) in November 2023.

Currently it contains a single dataset - mouse-EPM - which is a mouse performing the elevated plus maze task.

The raw videos in mouse-EPM/rawdata are organised according to the NeuroBlueprint specification

The mouse-EPM/derivatives folder contains some pose estimation results from DeepLabCut and SLEAP.

The videos and DeepLabCut analysis results have been contributed by Loukia Katsouri of the O'Keefe Lab at the SWC. The SLEAP analysis was performed by Niko Sirmpilatze.
