#1 clone confronts error

when I use the following commands, the dataset can not be cloned:

datalad clone https://gin.g-node.org/ljchang/Localizer.git

or

datalad install https://gin.g-node.org/ljchang/Localizer.git

when using both above commands nothing happens for a long time with showning bellow info:

[INFO ] Cloning https://gin.g-node.org/ljchang/Localizer.git to '/content/Localizer'
