I think the folder organisation is making everything more complicated that what it needs to be. I would either pull the subchapters into one file, or put all files on the same level.

It is more about rendering than structuring behind this.
I just don't like the way the Markdown files are rendered on Gin.
If I divide a document into subsections, the rendered document looks too messy to me:
it is difficult to see where I can find each subsection by scrolling it.
It is difficult to grab the content at a glimpse (I have to follow the text).
