some of the Rmd files were pushed via git annex, so I cannot build a book. (uploading.md for example) Can you check what happened?

it seems that the use of gin-CLI sometimes works in a weird manner...
it works now. Did you documented how you did it ?
I added a topic in the TOC with a link, but I have not documented it myself yet.
