3D fetal MRI altases of craniofacial features

This repository contains 3D fetal MRI atlases of the fetal head / craniofacial features cretated at King's College London from 3D SVR reconstructed images.

Structural 3D T2w MRI altas of fetal craniofacial features at 1.5T

The fetal head atlas was created from 3D SVR-reconstructed images of 12 normal fetuses (1.5T, TE=80ms). The parcellation label includes the major craniofacial features.
