Here you will find the CIVET files for the BLeG parcellation. The parcellation sits on the mni_icmb105_t1_nlin_09a template. That is provided here in MINC, NIFTI, and MGZ formats. The surfaces are in the Surfaces directory; the labels for the BLeG parcellation are in the Labels directory; and we also provide masks to exclude regions adjacent to the ventricles for use with measures like white/gray contrast. These masks are in the Masks directory.
