It's better if I add the ability for organisation owners to do this via new API endpoints. I already added the ability for org owners to create teams through the API a few months ago. This is the planned next step.

We will also need this for "Create a new organization" and "Add team membership" to script the creation of new organisation with the bot as owner and predefined teams, and an app to add people to an organisation and its readaccess team.
