#156 surgery sheet: dexamethasone missing

related to my question on telegram for aileen, so dexamethasone is used during a surgery, so has to be listed there. it has the kind anti-inflammatory. Can this please be added to surgery sheets?

Should an extra table be added for this? Of should it be added to one of the existing tables and if yes to which?

I think there can be one additional table with the header "Other substances" that then includes everything else that does not already belong to either analgesics/anesthesia. In case something else comes up in the future.
