Scheduled service maintenance on November 22

On Friday, November 22, 2024, between 06:00 CET and 18:00 CET, GIN services will undergo planned maintenance. Extended service interruptions should be expected. We will try to keep downtimes to a minimum, but recommend that users avoid critical tasks, large data uploads, or DOI requests during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

src contains codes for the analysis of https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.11.10.515968v1 .

data contains output data that can be directly used to generate figures, using the main.m function in src/matlab. Note, that some figure panels, such as the example neuron figures, depend on the Erlich lab SQL database in the current version. These panels cannot be generated, and directly running main.m will cause errors. This will be corrected in the future.

figs contains online extended figures, compressed as example_neurons_online.zip. This includes PETHs aligned to 3 task events, grouped by start port, direction and target port, for all the single neurons involved in the analysis in the paper.
