Put max entropy figure in a script because I can't get notebooks working. Also added the correlation length analysis for circular values.

Added polar versus bigger circle comparison and a scaled up version of the same. Also started with random interneuron orientation comparison. Implemented Imres plot (firing rate at preferred tuning vs firing rate opposite of that). Continued the orientation difference analysis of the interneurons. Continued with HD input onto interneurons.
