Added the Inkscape files to the repository and worked some more on the Perlin version of the figure which should now produce all panels at once

Added polar versus bigger circle comparison and a scaled up version of the same. Also started with random interneuron orientation comparison. Implemented Imres plot (firing rate at preferred tuning vs firing rate opposite of that). Continued the orientation difference analysis of the interneurons. Continued with HD input onto interneurons.
