data_surface_based_morphometry_study_neglectful_parenting

This repository contains:

A T1-MRI dataset (nii and info files) obtained from 24 mothers (neglect group -NG) and 21 mothers (non-neglect control group -CG). A file ("Study_Variables.xlsx") containing the group label for each image in the dataset and age, the scores of behavioural measurements obtained from the mothers [such as emotional availability, alexithymia and psychiatric disorder]. Also contains the mean-values of cortical thickness and surface area averaged from the regions/clusters of significant difference between groups obtained in a vertex-based analysis.
