+ High-resolution images of a series of Phyllostomus discolor brain sections. The 40 µm thick sections

+ are alternately stained for NADPH-diaphorase, Acetylcholine-esterase and Nissl. Sections are

+ uncorrected for shrinkage. Each set of 3 sections iterates at 160 µm anterior-posterior distance.
|
|
|
+ The series was cut at an angle slightly deviating from that of the atlas brain.
