Pcdh9
Recordings of local field potentials from Pcdh9 male mice. The purpose of the recordings was to exploration the electrophysiological phenotype of homozygous Pcdh9 knockout and condition reinstatement.
The genotypes used were: wildtype Pcdh9 with wildtype cre (n=7), wildtype Pcdh9 with cre inserted (n=7), homozygous knock-out of Pcdh9 with wildtype cre (n=8) and homozygous knock-out of Pcdh9 with cre inserted in layer 6 of the cortex (ntsr line) (n=8).

The double genotype is written as Pcdh9/ntsr-cre
Electrode configuration:
Electrodes implanted bilaterally over visual (AP -4, ML +- 2.5) (ch 3 & 14) and auditory cortices (AP -2.5, ML +- 3.5) (ch 4 & 12) and unilaterally over PFC (AP 2.58 ML -1.57) (ch13). Two EMGs in neck muscles (ch 8 & 11) and ref over the cerebellum.
Structure of repository
The data contains recordings of evoked responses visual (VEP) and auditory (AEP) along with recordings of spontaneous activity for four hours (4_h). There were a total of 27 recording days over the period from May 10th 2021 to February 3rd 2022.
The mice were exposed to the same battery of tests twice: at 8 weeks (first) and 22 weeks of age (second).
The recording files are .EDF+ with .yaml files containing the metadata additionally there are screenshots of logs made from the recording software showing the exact carrier frequencies for each transmitter along with the package loss.
