2024, Johannes Wetekam, wetekam@bio.uni-frankfurt.de

Data and analysis code of the study "Stimulus-specific processing of auditory deviants and repetitive stimulus sequences in the human brainstem". Saved as Matlab files and code. The dataset contains recordings of auditory brainstem responses to different chirp stimuli. Each stimulus was presented as high-probability standard and low-probability deviant to study the effects of probability encoding in the brainstem. Please contact me for the raw files.

Use of the data (Matlab version R2023a or newer required):

The oddball data is saved in the folder "Deviance Detection_Humans"

  • run "DD_Processing" to process raw data
  • run "DD_Stats" for statistics
  • run "DD_Plotting" to plot processed data

The repetition data is saved in the folder "Repetition Suppression_Humans"

  • run "RS_Processing" to process raw data
  • run "RS_Stats" for statistics
  • run "RS_Plotting" to plot processed data
