GIN Tutorial: Mellor Lab Retreat 22/06/2022

An introductory tutorial to GIN (G-Node Infrastructure) data sharing platform and how neuroscience research teams at the University of Bristol are using it.

The tutorial consists of three Markdown documents giving an introduction to GIN (1) and describing the basics of GIN web interface (2) and GIN comman line tools (3). It is also accompanied by a mock research data repository which is used in the tutorials.
