README.md

This folder contains model prediction accuracy and pvalues for analyses in Chen et al., 2024.

Each scores_p{participant_id}_{modality}.npz file contains a num_voxels length matrix of the joint prediction accuracy of all ten feature spaces for each voxel (scores), as well as a num_feature_spaces x num_voxels of the split-correlation accuracy for each of the ten feature spaces for each voxel (scores_split). The order of feature spaces in the split scores matrix is as follows: spectral-temporal features, motion energy features, 2-4 word timescale, 4-8 word timescale, 8-16 word timescale, 16-32 word timescale, 32-64 word timescale, 64-128 word timescale, 128-256 word timescale, 256+ word timescale.

Each pvalues_p{participant_id}_{modality}.npz file contains a num_voxels length matrix of the pvalue for each voxel.

The participant ids in Chen et al., 2024 are different from the ids used in Deniz et al., 2019. chen_2024_to_deniz_2019.json contains the mapping from Chen et al., 2024 to Deniz et al., 2019 numbering.
