DentateSpikes

Dentate spikes and external control of hippocampal function

Hippocampal LFP data are in Matlab format. Sampled at 2000 Hz. Recorded using Neuronexus silicon probes with 32 linearly-spaced sites 50um apart with 703um^2 site area (PP19 has only 16 channels). Electrodes span CA1 and DG subfields. Typical length of recording 30min in animal's homecage.
