- The current research proposal focuses on cellular and molecular
- mechanisms underlying the maintenance of voluntary motor control by
- neurons in cerebellum and basal ganglia in mice and how endocytic
- protein AP-2 control this process. This dataset contains live
- imaging data of activity-dependent intracellular Ca2+ dynamics in
- cerebellar organotypic slices of WT and AP-2KO mice. The slices were
- transduced with GCAMP7-expressing AAVs and imaged after 3 weeks in
- vitro with confocal microscopy for 60 seconds. To induce neuronal
- activity, the slice were electrically stimulated at 100Hz on the
- 20th second.
