description: "We present an electrophysiological dataset recorded from eleven children. Scalp EEG was recorded before and after epilepsy surgery. In four of these children, we also recorded intraoperative electrocorticography (ECoG). We detected high frequency oscillations (HFO) using a previously validated automatic detector. For each recording, we provide the recorded data and HFO markings. We further provide the approximate locations of recordings and resected area."
