This is a collection of output files of the MClust Spike Sorting Toolbox. See also the official project page. The .t
format is used by MClust to store timestamps of spikes and can be accompanied by additional .mat
files providing further clustering information.
The test files M040-2020-04-28-TT03_1.t
and M040-2020-04-28-TT06_1.t
are publicly available under the Open Data Commons Public Domain Dedication and Licence (PDDL) as part of a spike sorted Neuralynx dataset here.
