`TestData for NeuroNexus Allego Recording`

The Allego format has one json metadata file, and two headerless binary files with the suffix .xdat. One file is a float32 file of all raw data (*_data.xdat) and the other is the int64 timestamp file (*_timestamp.xdat). This recording is ~ 1 second with digital channels also included.
