#66 Add test file for Biocam reader (3Brain system)

Added a small test file for the biocam system

Hi @alejoe91! Thanks for adding more formats! I added one commit to lock the file. Do you know what version this file is? Then we could use a more telling filename than 'test_biocam'?

@sprenger I was able to find the HW and FW version. I'd like to rename the file and push. HOw do I do that on GIN?

oh it seems to have worked! The file is now called: biocam_hw3.0_fw1.6.brw
