#36 Extend Neuralynx Test Files

@TRuikes provided a set of files reporting these can not be read with Neo version 0.8. Unfortunately the corresponding PR #33 was corrupted during the complete switch to git-annex. The files as they are provided are still too big for the scope of this repository, so I collect them temporarily here https://gin.g-node.org/sprenger/neuralynx_broken_files/src/broken_neuralynx/neuralynx/broken_data in the hope that we can reduce the file size and add them to this repository.
