This data set includes the raw and extracted data of the corresponding publication with the same title. It also contains the extraction and analysis scripts. To work with the data, extract the raw recordings initally in one 'recordings' folder. Extract the private folder. Keep the private folder in one directory with the yin script and the extraction and analysis scripts. The Calls_bat... .m files contain already extracted variables for each bat and can be used directly with the analysis script.
