To work with the data, extract the raw recordings initally in one 'recordings' folder. Extract the private folder. Keep the private folder in one directory with the yin script and the extraction and analysis scripts. The Calls_bat... .m files contain already extracted variables for each bat and can be used directly with the analysis script.
