#5 new release with Neo 0.9 and odml 1.5.1

The branch [enh/neo09](https://gin.g-node.org/INT/multielectrode_grasp/src/enh/neo09) is used for the development of the next release version. Scripts to be updated - reachgraspio.py **(done)** - add test_reachgraspio.py **(done)** - example.py **(done)** - overview\_plots\_1.py **(done)** - overview\_plots\_2.py **(done)** - python-neo **(done)** - python-odml **(done)** - elephant **(done)** - update odmls to not use `[-1]` as default value any more, but `[]` instead **(done)** - update xls sheets accordingly **(done, see #11)**
