#3 Update scripts to Neo 0.8.0

The branch `feature/neo08arrayannotations` contains an updated reachgraspio for neo 0.8.0 using array annotations. Also, `example.py` was updated. What is missing is: - [ ] update the hard coded neo library - [ ] update the `data_overview_?.py` scripts
