Supplementary data for bachelor's thesis: "Kinematic Analysis of Sensory Motor Deficit after Experimental Stroke"

features.csv → file containing results for calculated features for all video files

Codes:

1_feature_calc.ipynb → Data preprocessing feature calculations

2_feature_ML.ipynb → Different machine learning classifiers for classification by features

3_feature_RF.ipynb → Random forest classifier

4_Classifier.ipynb → Neural network classifier for unbiased analysis

PreprocessedData:
