Collection of all datasets used to develop AIDAqc

This dataset is a super-dataset containing all datasets used to develop the AIDAqc pipeline and corresponds to the following Publication (DOI): tbd

Dataset structure:

All input datasets (i.e. building blocks from other sources) are located in inputs/.
All code is located in code/ as a subdataset linked to GitHub.
The final result of AIDAqc on each dataset is located in each datasets output/ folder.
All of documentation about this project can be accessed via this link or via the added subdataset in doc/ folder.
