Data are provided in 1kHz resolution or downsampled (100Hz).

contain full resolution data, including spiking and behavioral data.

These files are used by:

../../code/support_functions/getSubjectData.m

which automatically loads the respective subject data.

The downsamplede version of the data:

downsampled_eye_spk_data.mat

is used by:

../../code/neuralAnalyses.m

if the flag reload_eye_spk_data==0

to speed up the analyses and use less memory at runtime.

Description The resource contains simultaneous eye tracks and neural orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) for behavioral tasks performed by two adult macaque (Macaca Mulatta) subjects. The analyses allowed to access the structure of a decision-making task where OFC neural activity is modulated by gaze direction.
